How To Configure Outlook


Today we learn that how to  Configure Outlook for sending and checking yours emails. One Advantage of Outlook is that  you can open yours emails in Off-Line mode(Disconnected mode). 
When You Open your Computer Outlook Application the following Wizard will be opened.
Now you must following the following steps.


 .       1: Select Last Radio Button option which text is Manually configure server setting or additional server types and then click on next button . For details see the below snapshot .
    
     2: In the second Wizard enter the following particulars.
       Name= User define name (John smeth, Ali Qurashi etc)
      E-mail Address= Here enter your email.
      Accout Type= POP3
Incoming mail server= pop.gmail.com
     Outgoing mail server=smtp.gmail.com
    Password = Enter your correct email password.
After the fill up particulars Clicked on the More Setting Button
 









3: In the third wizard   Click Second Panel which is Outgoing Server panel and checked the check box .
4:In the fourth wizard whcih is Advance panel do the following task.
1 Checked the highlighted one.
2 Change the port 465
3 Click OK.

After that Now when you click on Next button of appeared Wizard your outlook Will be Set automatically and now you could enjoy it..

Deleting File Problem of any extension file
