Deleting File Problem of any extension file

Some Time you want to delete any file, But the following Wizard will displayed
Its means that your file is still open, now close your file and after that it would be deleted.


Now delete it
Mostly this problem face me when I delete my torrent file from my system, It show me the message " your file is used by another system " after few time I catch it. Now I want to Escape you from it when you Delete Audio, Video, Torrent Or what the extension is. Enjoy and Fell Better.
